U7-U9 1-3 Grade
A well-structured U7-U9 futsal program is more than a seasonal outdoor futbol substitute. It helps develop well-rounded, skilled, and intelligent players. The game’s constraints encourage technical, tactical, physical, and psychological growth, supporting the overall development of young athletes as futbol players.

Solid Foundation
Programs evolve from simple entertainment to emphasizing technical skill improvement, tactical understanding, and decision-making during gameplay.
Advanced Techniques: Improving passing by using the instep and laces, practicing various moves such as scissors and step-overs, and developing skills to receive and run with the ball at speed under pressure.
Tactical Basics: Here’s an introduction to the essential attacking and defending principles like penetration, support, pressure, and cover, helping you understand the basics better.
Game Play: Small-sided games continue (often 3v3 or 4v4 with a goalkeeper) to reinforce technical and tactical learning in a fast-paced environment.
Mental Skills: Focus on maintaining sustained focus, sensitivity, and graceful handling of winning, losing, or drawing.
CLEATS GUIDE FOR INDOOR TURF GROUND

The main difference between the two types of play is that indoor futsal is played on a turf field, where you can wear indoor cleats during practice (see the picture). Futsal, however, is played on a wooden floor, which requires flat soccer cleats. Usually, it is played in a basketball court gym.
