Indoor Futbol 4-6 Grade

Our programs are designed to support young players as they prepare for high school teams, club events, and even the possibility of college sports. Each session is thoughtfully planned, engaging, and focused on boosting tactical understanding and physical strength.

The key difference between the two classes is that indoor futsal is played on a turf field, where you can wear indoor cleats during training (see the picture). Futsal, on the other hand, is played on a parquet floor, requiring flat futbol soccer cleats.

Elite Performance

Programs at this level focus on competitive play, advanced tactics, and outdoor physical preparation.

Positional Training: Specialized training designed for goalkeepers and all field players, including defenders, midfielders, and forwards.

Advanced Tactics: Focus on transition play (offense to defense and vice versa), advanced set plays, match formations, and individual/group defending.

Physical Conditioning: Incorporation of speed, agility, quickness, and explosive strength training.

Competitive Leagues: Indoor leagues offer off-season conditioning and competitive matches, usually following rules similar to the traditional outdoor game but modified for a smaller turf field, such as four field players plus a goalie.

Difference between an Indoor field & Futsal

The main difference between the two types of play is that indoor futsal is played on a turf field, where you can wear indoor cleats during practice (see the picture). Futsal, however, is played on a wooden floor, which requires flat soccer cleats. Usually, it is played in a basketball court gym.
