U10-13/4-6 grade
This stage concentrates on mastering technical and tactical elements, often to prepare players for transitioning skills to outdoor futbol.

SOLID FOUNDATION, ELITE PERFORMANCE
Mastering advanced futsal skills while applying fundamental techniques to various tactical aspects of the game.
Positional Training: Precision passing, specialized footwork such as controlling and manipulating the ball with the sole, and 1v1 attacking and defending in tight spaces.
In-depth Tactics: Deeper understanding of formations (e.g., 1-2-1), set pieces, power plays, and rapid transition between offense and defense.
Physical Conditioning: Utilizing the sport’s fast pace to enhance soccer-specific cardio and fitness.
Competitive Leagues: Indoor leagues offer off-season conditioning and competitive matches, usually following rules similar to the traditional outdoor game but modified for a smaller turf field, such as four field players plus a goalie.
CLEATS GUIDE FOR FUTSAL

The main difference between the two types of play is that indoor futsal is played on a turf field, where you can wear indoor cleats during practice. Futsal, however, is played on a wooden floor, which requires flat soccer cleats. (see the picture) Usually, it is played in a basketball court gym.
